1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using TRUEclaims, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"), which are owned by Lead Bridge, Inc., a company based in Oregon.

2. Accuracy of Information: While TRUEclaims strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information in its Reports, it makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information provided.

3. Use of Reports: The Reports are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit the information contained in the Reports for any commercial purpose without the explicit written permission of TRUEclaims, a service owned by Lead Bridge, Inc.

4. Reports for Negotiation Purposes: TRUEclaims produces reports that can be used for negotiation purposes in relation to diminished value car claims and total loss fair market value car claims. However, TRUEclaims does not guarantee or warrant that these reports will be accepted in any legal proceedings or hold up in court. Users acknowledge and agree that TRUEclaims shall not be held liable if the reports are not accepted or deemed insufficient in any legal context.

5. Intellectual Property Rights: All content within the Reports, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and data, is the property of TRUEclaims, owned by Lead Bridge, Inc., an Oregon-based company, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Refunds Policy: Refunds may be issued for any of the following circumstances:

a) Insufficient Data: If we are unable to gather sufficient data on vehicles that meet our criteria for what is considered a comparable vehicle, we will issue a refund.

b) Inadequate Data from NADA: If the data we receive from the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) isn't sufficient to create a valid report, a refund will be provided.

7. By purchasing a Report, you acknowledge that, except under the conditions listed above, your purchase is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Liability Limitation: In no event will TRUEclaims, owned by Lead Bridge, Inc., an Oregon-based company, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Reports, even if TRUEclaims has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRUEclaims, owned by Lead Bridge, Inc., and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use or any activity related to your use of the Reports.

10. Modifications to Terms: TRUEclaims, owned by Lead Bridge, Inc., an Oregon-based company, reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using the Reports after any such change, you agree to comply with the Terms of Use as changed.

11. Governing Law: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, where Lead Bridge, Inc. is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Portland, the city where Lead Bridge, Inc. is headquartered, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Please note that by using TRUEclaims, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not access or use the Reports.
